Site traffic is encrypted with a 256bit security certificate and is auto-renewed every 90 days

Google Drive integration is implemented using a secure account utilising Google’s API service (Application Programming Interface) this is monitored and prevents unauthorised use of the account by anyone other than employees of TSO Education.

Uploaded files are securely stored under the TSO Google tenant and access is closely monitored and regulated. The public sharing of files has been disabled tenant-wide and cannot be easily re-enabled.

Only specified members of the TSO team and the uploader, when logged into the TSO website, are able to view, modify, or upload files.

Google Drives security measures include:

• Two-factor authentication to access a Google Drive account.
• Google Drive has SSL encryption.
• A strong TLS standard encryption is used to protect all files and document sent from Google Drive.
• The encryption keys used to encrypt data are also encrypted.
• A process of un-encryption and re-encryption is performed once any data has reached Google Drive
